Custom Wine Cellar Projects Completed in Tequesta, FL
Golf Course Wine Cellar installed at 18 Fairway Drive, Tequesta Country Club, Tequesta, FL 33469
Spare bedroom converted by PSL Custom Wine Cellar into a 700 bottle cellar overlooking the 14th green.
The owners play most mornings and wanted somewhere to keep the Napa Cabernet they share with their golf group. We sealed and insulated the old guest room, installed a ducted cooling system tucked into the attic and lined the walls with walnut racks around a center island for opening bottles. The husband told us his foursome now ends every round at his place, and he jokes that the cellar gets more visitors than the clubhouse.

Kitchen Wine Cabinet installed at 412 Riverside Drive, Turtle Creek, Tequesta, FL 33469
Built-in, cooled wine cabinet added to a kitchen remodel with views of the Loxahatchee River.
During their kitchen update, this couple asked for wine storage they could reach without leaving the room. We built a full height cabinet beside the pantry with a glass door, a self contained cooling unit and pull out shelves for about 160 bottles, all finished to match the new white oak cabinetry. The wife said it looks like it came with the house, and she loves grabbing a bottle on the way out to watch the boats along the river.

Price: $12,300
Wine Pantry Conversion installed at 375 Beach Road, Tequesta, FL 33469
Walk-in pantry turned into a cool, compact wine room in an oceanfront condo near Coral Cove Park.
The owner rarely cooked but entertained often, so he gave up the pantry to make room for his growing collection of Italian reds. We added a vapor barrier and closed cell insulation, a quiet ductless system and floor to ceiling metal racks with a small marble ledge for decanting. He told us friends now ask to see the wine room before they even step onto the balcony to look out over the beach.

Custom Wine Cellar Services in Tequesta, FL
01
Custom Residential Wine Cellars
Tequesta homes sit close to the river and the ocean, so most have a room, pantry or closet that can be sealed off for wine. We start with the space you have and the bottles you keep.
Tequesta sits where the Loxahatchee River meets the Jupiter Inlet, so the air stays humid most of the year and summer highs hover around 90°F. PSL Custom Wine Cellar plans each Tequesta cellar with a full vapor barrier and cooling sized for that climate.
Every cellar is insulated and cooled for the local climate, which keeps temperature and humidity steady through even the stickiest summer months.
02
Luxury Wine Cellar Design
A luxury cellar is as much about feel as function. Warm lighting, quality wood and thoughtful display make the room somewhere people want to step into.
Some owners near Coral Cove prefer bright glass and metal, while others lean toward classic walnut and stone. We help you settle on a style that matches the house.
03
Custom Wine Room Design
A wine room works best when it has space to move and a spot to pour. We plan the layout around how you like to host so the room never feels cramped.
A small island or tasting ledge gives guests a reason to stay a while instead of grabbing a bottle and heading back out.
04
Custom Wine Racks and Storage
Racking does most of the storage work, so we plan it around your actual collection. Standard bottles, magnums and Champagne each get a slot that fits properly.
Display rows, bulk bins and case storage can share the same wall, which helps even a small pantry or closet hold more than it looks like it could.
